2/3-Tages Tour mit Übernachtung auf der Böseckhütte (unbewirtschaftet, kein Wasser!) von Mallnitz über den Lonzaköpfl zur Böseckhütte. Ab dort teilweise auf unmarkierten Wegen und durch blockiges Gelände über die Oschenikscharte und Kammscharte, vorbei am Dr.-Rudolf-Weißgerber-Biwak und der Hagener Hütte (im Sommer bewirtschaftet, Winterraum vorhanden), zurück durch das Mallnitzer Tauerntal zum Ausgangspunkt. ACHTUNG: Da die Tour durchgängig oben verläuft, gibt es so gut wie keine Möglichkeiten Wasser aufzufüllen. Erst am Dr.-Rudolf-Weißengerber-Biwak besteht die Möglichkeit ca. 100 Höhenmeter abzusteigen und eine Quelle zu finden, ist aber auch nicht garantiert.
