The connection from the Feistritztal cycle path to the Apfelstraße is a real panoramic route on the southern slope of the Kulm. The climb over the Hoferberg wine-growing area to the Ackerwirt is rewarding with wide views over the East Styrian hill country. In the apple village of Puch, restaurants and apple farmers invite you to take a break.

This demanding tour leads from St. Johann bei Herberstein via Hoferberg, Siegersdorf over the Kulm to the apple village Puch - Hoadnbauer chapel, right further on the WZ12 to the glassblowing factory Wilfinger.

From there to Unterfeistritz with connection to the R8 Feistritztalweg.

On the R8 you go to the Stubenbergsee and further to St.Johann bei Herberstein.

The beautiful natural landscape with forests, wine, fruit and orchards compensates for the physical exertion. On the way there are wine taverns and inns.
