To Cows and Buttermilk on the Litzlalm
Alm hike to the Litzlalm in the Naturpark Weißbach.
In brief: After a short stretch on the Hirschbichl road, continue along the hiking path up to the Litzlalm. Once on the alm (= highest point of the tour) a forest road leads gently downhill to the Jausenstation Litzlalm and then onwards back to the starting point at Hirschbichl. Refreshments available at the Jausenstation Litzlalm at the halfway point and at the Alpengasthof Hirschbichl at the start/end of the tour.
Tour highlights: The Litzlalm with the Jausenstation as well as the alm huts and cows.
The tour is part of “Hiking with Kids” in the Salzburger Saalachtal. The duration and difficulty are suitable for children/families.
