Turn-by-turn directions

Von der Starkenburger Hütte geht es zunächst bergauf in Richtung Seejöchl. Dort angekommen folgt man den Markierungen in Richtung Franz-Senn-Hütte. Am Sendersjöchl beginnt der Abstieg in Richtung Seduker Hochalm. Diese bewirtete Hochalm lädt nach ca. 2/3 der Gesamtstrecke zu einer gemütlichen Pause ein. Nach einer ausreichenden Stärkung beginnt das letzte Teilstück. Dieses ist im Vergleich zum ersten Teil der Strecke sehr ausgesetzt. Entsprechende Stellen sind seilversichert. Trittsicherheit und absolute Schwindelfreiheit ist erforderlich. In diesem Jahr (2016) hat es auf diesem Teilstück bereits mehrere schwere Bergunfälle gegeben.
