With the SNOOC, you go off-road hiking with your friends and family. You discover new horizons, the mountains beyond the ski resorts. You have fun sliding in powder snow... and all that without any training! In Bad Wiessee, on the edge of the Tegernsee, we start with a winter hike along the Söllbach. We pass the Söllbachklause and finally reach the Auer Alm, where we can stop for a bite to eat. For the descent, we start from the toboggan run on the other side of the Zwergelberg, which takes us along the lively Zeiselbach. During the ascent, we are already spoiled by magnificent panoramic views, and we can combine the mountain panorama with a little refreshment on the traditional Auer Alm. The toboggan run is 4 km long, in the upper part it is relatively narrow and steep, here you have to be considerate of others. Further down, it widens to form a wide prepared road, which is no longer as steep.

Turn-by-turn directions

From the Söllbachtal car park we follow the signs to the Auer Alm, where we soon pass the Söllbachklause. At the fork in the road we keep right and follow the path in a few hairpin bends to the Auer Alm. The toboggan run then runs along the Zeiselbach stream on the other side of it until we reach the Sonnenbichl lift in the valley, where our tobogganing tour ends. From here we walk along the road for a while, take the sharp bend to the right at the crossing and reach our starting point again.
