With the Snooc, you go off-road hiking with your friends and family. You discover new horizons, the mountains beyond the ski resorts. You have fun sliding in powder snow... and all that without any training! The hour-long ascent of the Gaisalpe really takes us into a snow hole, so that we feel as if we are transported into a winter fairy tale. The Gaisalpe is harmoniously embedded in a valley basin, above which the mighty Rubihorn stands enthroned with its flanks: a magnificent spectacle. The toboggan run is easy and follows the uphill path without any problems.

We start at the parking lot of Reichenbach, in eastern direction along the road until we reach a turn-off. However, we follow the paved road to Gaisalpe. This leads mostly through forest, only once we have a free view from a clearing to the Iller valley and the surrounding mountains. First we cross the Gaisalpbach and continue diagonally to the slope until the path describes a left turn, which we follow. Then we take another bend and after crossing the stream again we reach the Gaisalpe. The imposing, snow-covered mountain flanks stand horseshoe-shaped above the valley basin. After a break we toboggan down to Reichenbach on the same route.
