Start ist in Obertraun.
Mit der Krippensteinbahn bis zur Talstation Gjaid.
(Ein Panoramaticket ist für alle drei Bahnen und zurück).
Mann sollte die erste Bahn in der Früh nehmen.
Der Weg ist sehr gut markiert.
Gezeigt ist 3 Stunden zur Simonyhütte und wieder 3 Stunden zurück.
Es sind fast 14 km, sehr schöner Wanderweg, teilweise zum klettern.
Ausrüstung genügt normale Wanderbekleidung.
Nicht vergessen, die letzte Seilbahn zurück (17:00), sonst muß Mann noch mal 12km ins Tal gehen.
