Die Tour zum Einstieg ist sehr schön aber recht kurz. Vom Westfalenhaus kann man aber noch manch kleinen Gipfelausflug machen. Die 3002m hohe Schöntalspitze lohnend, auch ist sie gut und leicht erreichbar.

Vom Wanderparkplatz in Praxmar folgen wir einem wunderschönen Paorama-Wanderweg oberhalb der Lüsener Alm. Der schmale Wanderpfad ist gut markiert und sehr abwechslungsreich später geht es oberhalb der Längentaler Alm zum Westfalenhaus.

Nach Praxmar fahren Busse der Linie 4166 Innsbruck- Kühtai etwas jede Stunde.By road
