This tour is an easy and beautiful round trip, which partly leads along the edge of the forest and over meadows. Start at the Going information office and walk through the underpass at the Raiffeisenbank. After the underpass turn left and walk uphill until you reach the Schwendterweg junction. Up there, past the house Drei Linden, after a few meters on the right side you will find a winter hiking trail. You walk along this path, over a wide meadow, always with a beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser. This specially prepared winter hiking trail is an excellent way to enjoy the silence and tranquility as well as the wonderful winter sunshine. You hike along the prepared trail in the direction of the Wilder Kaiser until you reach the fire hut. At the Brennhütte you can take a well-deserved break and enjoy a hearty Brettljause with a homemade hunter's tea. From the Brennhütte you first walk along the prepared winter hiking trail until you reach the houses on your right. There you turn onto the road and walk to the Blattlkapelle chapel and via the Rettweg back to the village.

What to look out for along the way:
Tuck into hearty cold cuts and bread in the Brennhütte
Enjoy the magnificent view and the proximity to the Wilder Kaiser mountain range.
