Als Ausgangspunkt dient ind Mühlau die Wolfsklamm. Es geht weiter über die Arzler Reise bis zur Arzler Scharte hinauf, hier biegt man direkt nach rechts auf den Steig über den Grat zum Gipfel ab.
Der Abstieg verläuft über die andere Seite des Grates und führt über die Vintlalm, Rumer Alm und die Enzianhütte zurück zum Startpunkt.
