Bis zum Wegkreuz Zirbenwald (5), dann halbrechts abzweigend auf dem Alpenrosenabhang zur Rotmoosache in Kehren ansteigend über schöne Moorböden und Weideflächen zum imposanten Rotmoos-Wasserfall der tief eingekerbten Rotmoosschlucht. Der Weg führt ziemlich ansteigend weiter zur Schönwieshütte (7) oder nördlich zurück zum Gaisberg.
