Through snowy meadows and the Kaisermoor into the winter forest.
Distance 6.4 km
The Römerhof Winter Round starts at the Goinger Badesee. From the car park, the tracked path leads to Oberschattenriedhof, always with a view of the Kitzbüheler Horn. From now on follow the prepared winter hiking trail on the left (parallel to the Aschauerloipe) to the Aschauerweg. Once there, turn right and walk along the edge of the forest towards St. Johann. After about 45 minutes you reach the Gasthof Römerhof, situated on a plateau, which invites you to stop for a break with its rural charm. After having recovered your strength, you walk back along the same winter hiking trail to the signposting "Aschauerloipe". From here, follow the prepared winter hiking trail southwards until you reach the bathing lake again.
