Diese abwechslungsreiche Bikeroute beginnt am Bahnhof Escholzmatt und führt ein kurzes Stück auf der Hauptstrasse entlang, wobei wir bald auf die Naturstrasse Richtung Ballenbach abbiegen. An Bauernhöfen vorbei zwischen Wald und saftigen Wiesen hindurch, beginnt bereits die erste Steigung zur Bauernhofsiedlung «Ballebachmatte». Bei Rossgrat geht es bergwärts weiter über Alpweiden bis wir wieder auf die Naturstrasse gelangen und bereits schon hinunterfahren zur Station Wiggen wo wir bis Wissenbach kurz wieder auf die Hauptstrasse gelangen. Auf der asphaltierten Strasse geht's leicht bergwärts Richtung Schärligbad, wo wir dann die starke Steigung hinauf zu unserem Höhepunkt dem Hügel Pfyffer in Angriff nehmen. In leichtem Gefälle geht es bereits wieder hinunter über den Schärliberg nach Wiggen, wobei wir schon bald zum Ausgangspunkt, dem Bahnhof Escholzmatt gelangen.
