Diese HWW-Wanderroute verläuft von Schäffern entlang des alten Karnegger Wegs nach Bärnegg zur Laglmühle und nach Schäffern zurück. Bei dieser Route kommt man bei der HWW-Station Karnegg/Türkenkreuz vorbei, bei der man erfährt welche Auswirkungen die osmanische Belagerung von Wien 1683 auch auf das Wechselland hatte.
