Die Strecke führt vom Vitaparcours aus hauptsächlich auf Singeltrails, wenige Meter auf Waldwegen. Nach Regen oder Schnee kann der Schwierigkeitsgrad sich erhöchen, da man sehr viel Wurzeln hat auf der Strecke. Mit Übung, Kraft und Kondition dennoch machbar.

Der Beginn ist beim Vitaparcours, der gleich als "warm-up" 1x ganz durch gefahren wird. Von dort gehts direkt zum Föhrenhof (Isler). Kurze Strecke dem Waldrand nach und dann gehts rechts ab in den Wald Richtung Fi-Gö. Es wird hauptsächlich auf Singeltrails gefahren, wenige kurtze Strecken auf den Waldwegen. Der Aufstieg von Fi-Gö aus zum Waldrand von Wohlen ist happig und eine nette Herausforderung.
