The walk starts from Herzogstandbahn taking us up towards Rotwandkopf (on the leftside) as we pass it we continue the walk upto Heimgartenhutte then to Heimgarten 1790m then we drop down following the ridge line to Schlehdorfer Kreuz 1640m now onto Hergozstand 1731m before return back to Walchensee.
