Beginn in Stiegengraben bei Göstling und Aufstieg zur Ybbstalerhütte (Vorabend). Über den Dürrenstein zur Schwarzalm (1. Tag, Schwarzalmütte: von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September bewirtschaftet. Tel.: +43/664/3135706), weiter Kammwanderung zum Ringkogel und Hochkar, dann Abstieg durch die Wasserlochklamm nachPalfau (2. Tag), mit Bus MO13 (18:03, Mo-Fr) von Palfau Erzhalden nach Stiegengraben.
