Buchensteinwand ab Hochfilzen; Ausgangspunkt Parkplatz Gasthaus Tenn (Parkerlaubnis erfragen); Aufstieg führt über kühlen Forstweg zur Oberkantalm; ab hier über die Skipiste zuerst flach, danach steil bis zum kleinen Teich; nun dem Kammweg folgend bis zum großen Kreuz (gut besucht wegen Radstraße und Lift) mit Gasthaus; Abstieg  über Aufstiegsweg

Vom Ausgangspunkt Parkplatz Gasthaus Tenn geht es über einen kühlen Forstweg zur Oberkantalm. Von dort zuerst flacher über die Skipiste, danach aber steil bis zu einem kleinen Teich. Von dort folgt man dem Kammweg bis zum großen Kreuz, welches gut besucht ist, da eine Radstraße und ein Lift direkt hinaufgehen. Es gibt auch ein Gasthaus wo man einkehren kann. Der Abstieg erfolgt auf dem Aufstiegsweg.
