Am Seeufer entlang zum Kloster Tegernsee, dort dem Weg folgen bis Sie über eine 20m lange Strecke mit einer Neigung von 12% zur Point in Tegernsee kommen. Nun dem Straßenverlauf solange folgen bis rechts ein Fußgänger- und Radweg abzweigt und weiter bis nach Rottach-Egern. Dort entlang der Seestraße, immer entlang des Sees bis zum Ringsee und kurz entlang der Bundesstraße. Bei der ersten Abzweigung rechts abbiegen und über Abwinkel und Alt-Wiessee bis nach Bad Wiessee. Dort geht es über ein Steilstück (bis zu 23%) hinauf zur Bundesstraße, welcher Sie nun auf einem eigenen Rad- und Fussweg bis zum Gut Kaltenbrunn folgen (bis zu 19% Neigung). Ab Gmund dem Seeweg folgen und über Seeglas und Sankt Quirin zurück nach Tegernsee.
