Fünf Gipfel, 24 Km und 1700 Hm , - zusammen eine sehr aussichtsreiche und abwechslungsreiche Höhenrunde.
Zunächst weglos bis Rohr, dann auf den Karstein, die Aussicht geht noch von den Tauern bis zum Kaiser. Auf dem Weg zum Stuckkogel beginnt es zu regnen. Schöne Blaubeerrast an der Nordseite, Murmeltiere, Rehe und ein Birkhuhn schauen zu. Über Brunnenkogel und Gaisberg zum Großen Gebra, 2057m. Direkt unter dem Gipfel treffe ich eine Schneehuhnmama mit Babies, die vor Schreck den Weg hinabkullern, bevor sie im Gras verschwinden!
Gewitter am Gebrajoch, Einkehr in der Kapelle und - teils barfuß im nassen Gras - zurück zum Parkplatz unterm Gasthof Winklmoos.

Bei besserem Wetter kann die Tour noch beliebig ausgedehnt werden: über Bischof und Hohen Mahdstein bis zum Wildseeloder!
