Von der Dresdener Hütte aus über das Beiljoch auf dem Zentralalpenweg bis zum Abzweig Richtung Müllerhütte/Wilder Freiger. Weiter über den Hundsheim zum Grataufstieg (verblocktes Klettergelände) zum Aperen Freiger (Umkehr 200Hm unter dem Gipfel). Dann über den Lübecker Weg an der Blauen Lacke vorbei Richtung Sulzenauhütte. Diese auslassend dann weiter dem Zentralalpenweg folgend übers Niederl zur Nürnberger Hütte.

Leichter bis mittlerer Regen über die meiste Zeit des Tages. Teils erheblicher Schneefall im Aufstieg zum Aperer Freiger - daher den verblockten Aufstieg aus Sicherheitsgründen 200Hm unter dem Gipfel abgebrochen.
