On the platform, under each route, sight, etc. you have the possibility to ask a question to the community, give a rating, and upload pictures and videos.
Questions and Answers
With this function, you can use the green button to ask a question to the community, for example, if you want to know something about the conditions or difficulty of the route, if the opening hours of an attraction are missing, and much more. People from the community and professional partners will be notified of your question and may be able to help you.
You can upload both photos and videos concerning your question.
You have the opportunity to review a route or POI. You can give between one and five stars and add a text describing your rating. You can also upload both photos and videos with your rating. It is useful for other members if you also include the date you were there so that they can see how up-to-date your rating is.
Reviews can be commented on by other users, including the author of the content.
Pictures and Videos
Uploading pictures and videos of the route or POI gives other users better insight and more information for planning their trip.
Good to Know
You can edit or delete all your contributions (questions, ratings, photos etc.) yourself.
Go to the route, point, or wherever you made the contribution and click on "Edit".
You can find an overview of your contributions on "My page" under "Contributions".
Notifications about your contributions and contents
In order to be always up to date, you can manage your e-mail notifications in settings.
This way you can decide whether you want to be notified when your question is answered or when comments are added to your ratings.
