Suffolk Walking Festival

The Suffolk Walking Festival is one of the largest in the UK and is an annual celebration of all that Suffolk has to offer for walkers.  

The upcoming festival will celebrate Suffolk’s natural and built heritage, with guided walks in every corner of the county.  From the home of horse racing in Newmarket to the home of Gainsborough in Sudbury; from historic Bury St Edmunds to the picture postcard wool towns of Lavenham and Clare; and from the wild forested expanse of The Brecks to the picturesque heritage coastline.   There are circular walks for everyone, for the family, and dogs are welcome too.   Varying from under a mile to over 15 miles, from one hour to consecutive days walks in urban settings and the middle of the countryside.
