Schloss St Martin and Strassgang Hills

A reasonably easy walk close to the city, along quiet roads in sparsely populated and pretty hill country.

Ideally suited for those who may not be suited to rough trails, e.g. pushing a baby buggy. The loop starts and finishes at a car park. Good views, in clear weather, over the city of Graz.

This route includes rolling hills which require some effort, but the surface is all bitumen and the ascents short.

A popular, easy walking area at the weekend for young families and older walkers.
