Planinska gora

We park somewhere near the quarry and take from there a good, marked trail up to the pilgrimage church of Sv. Marija. From there, it's best to continue up by the mountain road. On the first bigger left turn we leave the road and go across the meadowowards the right. In a slight descent we reach the splendid panoramic point with great view down on Planinsko polje (karst field).

Then we return to the road and cntinue northwards. In the slopes right above the road we might find bunkers from the time between the two world wars. Then the road turns towards the west. We pass a hunters hut (left of the road) and on the next crossroads take the unmarked path to the left. Soon we are out of the woods. By open terrain we traverse meadows and in a gentle ascent reach the highest point - Petričev hrib. Nice view from there too. From the summit we then only descend towards the NW and reach the crossroads where we had prepared in advance bikes. A steep ride down goes to Lohača settlement and then left to Planina.
