This ridge on the Piramide Vincent is the right in between of an easy walk on glaciers and a serious climb in altitude. With a bit of rocks and some snow ridges it can offer you a nice day in the mountain improving your technical skill and training for some more difficult goals.
The ascent to the Piramide Vincent along the SW ridge has no particular technical difficulty and is achievable by fit hikers looking for a bit of thrill over 4000 meters! From the top the panorama goes from all the Northern Italy to a very close view of the south face of Monte Rosa.

Sicherheitshinweise
This ridge is made mostly by big boulders. There are not particular difficulties exept for a couple of steps: one in the middle and one in the second part of the ridge. The snow sections, if there is no ice, they don't give problems.Weitere Infos und Links

Wegbeschreibung
Cable car in direction of P.ta Indren; from there you walk in direction of the "Roccette" where some fixed rope help to go over some rocky steps.
On top of the "Roccette" you go all the way right at the bottom of the ridge that at the beginning is made by big boulders. At the beginning you have to move in between of them with some short steps of climbing. Just before the snow ridge there is a slab to climb with some nice easy climbing. After the snow ridge, that normally doesn't give problems, the second rocky step have to be climbed with a couple of short pitches.
The summit is no more so far, and after few more boulders and the last snow ridge, you can stand up on it!
