Enjoy an easy loop walk to the summit of Corn as you walk through picturesque hamlets in the region.
Strecke 9,6 km
A relatively easy hike to finish your tour, this loop walk showcases Alta Badia’s rural landscapes and some of the most beautiful ‘viles’ (the traditional widespread settlements of the valley). A gradual ascent brings you through the hamlets of Ciablun, Runch and Biei before reaching the Cor viewpoint (1,894m). Enjoy views over the Marebbe valley and of course the Fanes, Sennes and Sella peaks. Spend your afternoon relaxing in the Wellness Centre of your hotel, or find a sunny terrace and toast to a fantastic week of hiking in the Alta Badia Dolomites.
Today you may be walking past a few different areas where cows graze. Although generally very docile and used to walkers, keep your distance and never turn your back on a cow that is behaving strangely or aggressive. Be particularly vigilant around cows with calves.
Watch the short term local weather forecasts. Avoid high altitude hiking when the weather is bad. There are plenty of trails in the valleys, that allow you to reach a village quickly if bad weather sets in.
