Au - Sundergrund (Mitterjoch)

First you have to go at the Wirtshaus in Au (1265m) (zillergrund) over a bright and then along the south side upwards, pass the Jagdhaus into the Sundergrund. T the wide Alm way the way leads you through the forest up to valley steps.

You come out at the Rachhüttenalm (1430m) (Zillergrund) pass and then keep going (a bit upward). At the other side of the stream you are able to see the Kainzenhüttenalm (1550m). From there you have to go through the valley and pass the Almhütten   till there is the valley bottom. From the second floor you have to follow the way left over the slopes up to the little seas. Now you go right southward up over steps and at least you have to go up to a Blockwek on the flat Mitteljoch (2635m) with a peak.

The descent to Südtirol over the Feichtenberghütte is recommendable!
